CD setting keyboard to English always

hi,

I am seeing these bugs more and more, and seems they're not being
processed [so many bugs... :) ]. It seems the live cd keeps assuming
keyboard to be english even though user tells on boot otherwise (with F3)

is it possible to fix this before beta?
