Proposal for solving CD Size problems

i think thats a very very bad idea ...
i know as edubuntu developer i'm a bit biased by my typical audience
here that might not be the typical ubuntu audience ...
but note that in areas like southamerica, africa and many parts of asia
there is limited bandwith, any people dont own a DVD writer and most not
even a DVD reader ...

you know how much i'm struggling with edubuntus size all the time, but i
will oppose such an idea as long as the world didnt change in this
respect ...

(note that apparently many new home users came over to edubuntu with
dapper (i have a bunch of "thank you" mails) because they dont match the
minimal requirements of 256M for the desktop CD and used edubuntu via
shipit (many there are on dialup), since we still default to the
standard debian installer with it and that needs way less ressources)

lets not become a "first world only distro"
