It's using squashfs and it's no problem to use squashfs with lzma

that was last year and as you can see the saving is about 9%.
(a better gzip compression was used for knoppix-3.7_squashfs_0.2.iso,
when ubuntu is using the normal mksquashfs it's saving more)
