Ah, so that explains it.

Currently in Edgy, Firefox is already being branded as "Bon Echo", which
AFAIK was taken from Debian.

This bug seems relevant:

"Uses Bon Echo branding, should use Firefox branding"

Also, I think the word you meant was "trademarked"; the Firefox name and
logo are both trademarked, but a name cannot be copyrighted.
