Bug with Hebrew translations in terminal

Hello all,

I just installed the Hebrew lang-pack on edgy, and when I tried running
apt-get I noticed that all the translated strings were the wrong way round (
i.e. LTR instead of RTL) and so unreadable. I suggest that if there isn't an
easy way to fix it for edgy, all the translated strings that appear in the
terminal should be removed - at least that way the terminal is usable. This
problem probably affects all RTL languages.
