isolinux vs. grub for liveCD/install disk

We tried using grub for the Warty live CD, and found empirically that
there were a number of reports of machines failing to boot from CD with
grub that worked perfectly with isolinux, but no such reports the other
way round. Thus, we're sticking with the apparently more reliable
option.
