An important feature in a server admin application is the discovery protocol,
how to obtain a list of compliant servers in the LAN. This would also a allow
multi server edit and status &statistics to be collected and presented. A
possibility is uPnP which is supported, or will be, in many consumer products.
Maybe addition of such a feature is in the future but the design should allow
for it later I think.
