Because he was against it for inclusion in Gnome, does not mean that
it cannot be included in Ubuntu.

I have some ideas about getting it integrated in Ubuntu, like:

* Use it to show that updates are being automatically downloaded
and/or installed in the background
* Use it in the synaptic/update-manager case for downloads
* Beagle, tracker, epiphany, firefox integration

Do you think it can be used for update-db, scroolkeeper?
