Iptables problem

Dear developers,
I found a problem with shorewall and Ubuntu Edgy (the firewall does not 
start)..
I contacted the maintainer but we found that iptables has changed and it 
does not support icmp-type... (the same version op iptables on debian 
repository works)

For example:
command> iptables -A DROP -p icmp --icmp-type fragmentation-needed -j 
ACCEPT
reply>iptables v1.3.5: Unknown arg `--icmp-type'


kernel details:2.6.17-10-generic #2 SMP Fri Oct 13 18:45:35 UTC 2006 
i686 GNU/Linux
