Isapnptools not present in Dapper

The device does not appear. I think snd-sb16 module is not loaded at
all. Manually loading snd-sb16 module with default options causes
"Device not found" and failure of loading module.

I will attach full log to bug report when I have access to this machine
(probably tomorrow).
