New feature specifications: install without configuring the BIOS

Hi all!

I just wanted to let you now that two new feature
specifications have been added:

Start installation of Ubuntu by inserting the Ubuntu
CDROM while in Windows, without configuring the BIOS.

https://wiki.ubuntu.com/NETUbuntuInstallationFromWindows

Start installation of Ubuntu by downloading and exe
file from the internet. No CDROM is needed, neither
configuring the BIOS.

Any feedback will be appreciated.
