xfonts*-transcoded missing since breezy

 	Hi

   xfonts*-transcoded have been missing since breezy (*), and the 
changelog does not say why they were dropped. Looking at edgy they still 
are missing.

simple question: why all the trouble? Debian still has them. I can't use 
iso8859-15 because there are no fonts for it, or could someone prove me 
wrong..
