Please read debian/copyright for that package [1]. The upstream author
did grant debian the redistribution of kqemu. We could probably just
sync the package, but I think the ubuntu ftpmasters would/could object
to that.

Someone interested please ask Fabrice (kqemu upstream) and note the
response in debian/copyright as well.
