Ubuntu under investigation by Turkish attorney general

Other than Ubuntu being considered Kurdish when it is just
international, isn't the problem here that there is no Turkish version
of it?

If this is the case, I suggest the Kurdish speakers amongst us (not me
then ;-) try to provide some support, so Ubuntu can be used in Turkey
(always easy to give work to others, i'n'it?).

What I would like to understand is:
- did someone complain about Ubuntu being Kurdish?
- are they just studying Ubuntu because they'd like to use it in
governmental offices?

Very confusing stuff...
