Hey this is happening again:
latency and buffer length mixed up.
Latency in prof audio == buffer length == max latency that the system
can ever run into in any load.
I can easily get very low latency, but not without buffer overruns in jack.
Latency == buffer length whete buffer overruns don't occur.
For serious playing 5 ms or below overrun free latency at any load is reqired.
If you can't get it, OpenSuse guys can and I continue using the
Jacklab, which has the preemptive low latency kernel, works.
