Suggestion : Graphical Grub

I installed in simply way a graphical grub background. Could it be 
possible to set one as default in next release because it is the firs 
thing you can see from ubuntu and the white letters on black background 
looks so poor, bringing us down in the past.
What do you think about?

Just have to add one line on menulist with a 640x480 compressed xpm 
hosted in /boot : very easy to automatize ;-)
