I have only asked him because he has updated the rules as I worked at
Mandriva before coming to Ubuntu. They were simply left over from the
original upstream UDEV rules file. Now they are removed.
In reality one can probably remove the SYMLINK entries completely, both
firmware loading and printing is done through the usual /dev/usblp0.
I will submit the current UDEV rules to the upstream author, as now they
should be compatible with the current UDEV and working on all distros.
