Trying to find bugs in linux-source-2.6.17

If I am correct in my understanding, I believe he wants the diffs 
between different ubuntu-specific versions, so that he can narrow down 
the sources of the bug. In the past, I have also wanted this 
information, and unfortunately, I don't think there is any easy way to 
obtain  it beyond what is in the changelog.

I would, however, be very grateful if someone could answer this question 
authoritatively. It would be very useful for bug-fixing purposes to be 
able to access this for the kernel packages, and also for other packages.
