local repository remote mirror doubts

Hi list.
This is my first post in this list.
I have created some meta packages and added them to a repository
created using reprepro.
The meta packages are supposed to be the origin of a future meta
distro based in Ubuntu.
Well my problem now is that I want to replicate my repository into an
ftp account I have in my internet provider server.
I can only use ftp, and I have to send all the files from my local
machine to the remote server.
I have explored several options like debmirror or apt-mirror, both of
them are designed to replicate a remote repo into a local repo, I need
the inverse.
I can't use rsync and I can't execute any command in the remote repo,
only in the local, so options like mirror, that is designed to be used
by a cron job in the target machine is not able.
So the best option I am now exploring is mirrordir.
It seems to be a little tricky at te beggining.
Any advices or other options to solve this task?
Thanks.
