Speeding up live cd boot through optimizing file layout

No, Tollef and I were going to investigate feeding mksquashfs a sort
file, but I believe this one never found the necessary round tuits. 
Currently, the filesystem is just sorted in whatever squash's default
method is (something vaguely asciibetical, I suspect).
