Speeding up live cd boot through optimizing file layout

Not only does that speed up the boot process, it also increases the
life time of the optical drive, by diminishing the number of seeks
(moving the optical pick-up back and forth) it has to perform.

Indeed, moving the squashfs at the end of the CD might make for a
higher speed, as most optical drives work with constant angular speed
(or 2 or 3 angular speeds that depend on head position), and therefore
have higher linear speed on the external edge.

I think it's a good job. Good luck!
