This may not be the best way to encourage website bug reporting, given
that the website is viewed by many people who are not launchpad users.

The traditional mailto:webmaster method of reporting website bugs may be
more appropriate to advertise in the footer of the main site - or
perhaps have a bug reporting page giving the two options (or even a
fill-in form for submission).
