Proposed feature: 32bit Firefox on AMD64

Hi,

I have proposed a feature specification for providing 32bit Firefox
packages as a separate installation in the AMD64 version of Ubuntu.

For those who don't know, this is a big issue with using 64bit Ubuntu on
the desktop as 32bit binary-only plugins with a standard Firefox
install.

I would like to contribute to this myself but I don't know very much
about the package process, so would appreciate any support I can get,
and any feedback, good or bad.
