After 2 consecutive boots without proper shutdown we pop up the
following questionnaire in a text box:

Does your computer stop working when you switch to a virtual terminal?

I don't know what a virtual terminal is.

Yes, my computer freezes or the screen goes black when switching to a
virtual terminal.

No, I can switch to a virtual terminal just fine.

If it's no or don't know then you're sorted ;)
