Hibernate/Sleep from the session dialog

Hi !

A patch has just been uploaded (should hit the repositories soon) for
gnome-session, letting the logout dialog speak to g-p-m instead of gdm
for hibernating/sleeping/shutting down (see
https://launchpad.net/distros/ubuntu/+source/gnome-session/+bug/43872
). This should make things smoother.

It has only been tested for hibernation (my box doesn't support
suspending), so if you encounter any problem while suspending (or
hibernating/shutting down), please don't hesitate to report it
directly to me. Thanks !
