Is this bugfix backported to the dapper kernel?

Is this backported or going to be backported to the 2.6.15 kernel thats in
Dapper?

Problems with undeclared z00x objects in the ACPI DSDT.
The last message on that bug says.
"ACPICA 20060127 shipped in Linux-2.6.16-rc1-git6"

Without this I will have to make a custom DSDT.aml to get battery support
and other stuff in my Acer Aspire 3003LMi.
