linking bugs in launchpad

I understand what Lex means. For instance, there is a bug opened against
firefox on amd64 that presented the same symptoms of a bug opened agains
openoffice2.org-ia32-libs on amd64 as well.
What happened is that is not a dupe, but a symptom of something else (in
this case, a wrong gtk behaviour in ia32 gtk libs on amd64).
What I did then was just paste the whole url on firefox bug. It didn't
look necessary to change launchpad to create this relationship between
them.
