Ubuntu On a Stick

Dapper should support two configurations on USB media:

- The live environment, copied to a USB stick with an appropriate boot
  loader configuration

- A standard Ubuntu install to a USB device

These configurations haven't seen very much testing yet, though, so please
try it and tell us how it goes.
