Media playback bugs: submit them now!

I just got a reply from Mark Shuttleworth about the discussion we had a while
back about Totem, Gstreamer, etc. being essentially "broken." He said this
about it:

The part that I would like to draw attention to is that now is the time to
submit any bugs (but not feature requests) concerning media playback.
Unfortunately, the "Restricted Formats Assistant" will have to wait until
next release. (I have already sent him the following web sites for
reference.)
