aimed at everyone and many people don't know how to file bugs. They
don't even know what a bug is so be glad they can report it.

There is a need for a bug triaging team and I'm seeing a lot of positive
vibe in ubuntu-devel and in my own mailbox today about it except from
you. Fine, if you don't like it: don't join the team. But please keep
the code of conduct in mind and respect people that report bugs, even if
they suck at it. And respect the community members who want to help such
people.
