This is definitely the way to go.  I've seen and used (Closes: Malone
#1234), and I've seen and used (Closes: launchpad.net/1234).  Bonus
points on the latter if we could get the LP folk to make that a valid
URL that redirects to Malone.

I say, follow in Debian's footsteps and make the regex slack enough to
allow for a few variations (dak allows for several) and just don't
overlap with theirs, and we'll all be happy.
