Problems with nautilus

With the recent upgrades of gnome to gnome-2.14. I have many problems
with nautilus. I don't know what it does but it takes all my ram and
working on something which I don't know.

Anybody had this problem?

My desktop is just not usable anymore, I was forced to install fluxbox.
