Floppy Formatter

As of 3/14/06, or the last update of the Floppy Formatter, attempting to
format floppy disk reports the following errors.

Cannot Initialize Device

Unable to open any device, formatting cannot continue.

Selecting "OK" on this dialog exits the formatter.

This occurs when the drive is empty or has a disk inserted.  The drive
is fully functional under other systems, and was fully functional before
the latest updates.
