New theme

Caused by the nesting of the forward and back buttons inside a
dropdown list container, the height of the toolbar in Firefox is too
tall in many Gnome control theme sets.  I suspect that there is one
parameter in the setting that leads to this problem.  I like a nice
tight toolbar layout, but the display of Gnome controls in Ubuntu
seems to muck this up on FIrefox.
