Menu organization

There are some applications which I find inconsistently grouped. For
example, Kile and TexMaker are both latex environments. One is in
Applications->Office and the other is in Applications->Accessories.
Kpdf shows up under Applications->Graphics grouped in with image tools
while the main purpose is viewing text documents. Konsole shows up
under system tools while gnome terminal shows up under accesories.
Oddly enough system tools does not show up under the system menu
rather than the applications menu.
