Freeze? IPW2200

This doesn't constitute wide testing by itself, but I can confirm the problem 
as described on my Dell laptop with the card onboard.  A coworker with 
identical hardware has gone to the trouble to upgrade manually and the bug is 
fixed as advertised.  No apparent ill effects.  These cards are in a lot of 
laptops, and this bug is a real buttkicker.
