idea for tutorial during installation

Hi List.
Here my idea: how about we show the user what his system will look like when
it has installed. For this we could use qemu with a new patch that lets you
record the emulation to a movie. So, we would run the boot-up and start of
dapper in this qemu version, record this, add some text bubbles (with wink
e.g.) to show what's what and convert this movie to flash and play back this
flash (with the new gnu flash player) during the boring installation phase
when all the packages get put on the hdd and installed.
The user has not to look on the scrolling of - to him unknown - package names
but instead will get a guided tour of his new system. The text bubbles would
have the advantage that this maybe can be tuned in the swf according to the
language settings of the user, sound is IMHO too big for this whole thing.
It has to fit on the installtion cd.
What do you think of this idea?
Cheers
Udo
