A default install puts this:
deb http://security.ubuntu.com/ubuntu dapper-security main restricted

Would there be any harm in adding universe multiverse?

This would help ensure that someone who adds those repos later doesn't forget to 
add the -security repos too.

I don't think it would have any effect on

deb http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu dapper-security main restricted

or would it allow universe and multiverse packages in as they are added to 
-security?

There might be a legal issue with providing access to things that an't within 
the 'implied license model' or something.

To be clear: I am not so much asking about my box but a change to the installer.
