Dapper live, HD browsing

Hi!

I tried the Ubuntu 6.06 desktop CD live environment and I noticed,
that I can not browse the HD contents. Am I missing something or should
that just work ?

See below for details.

PS: The "Places" list in file browser window has different (less) items
that the "Places" desktop menu. For example "Computer" is missing. Is
that
on purpose or a bug ?

Regards,
David
