ISO images of updated packages

If bandwidth is not an issue, a choice of images would be ideal.
Otherwise, "only ship" would probably make the most sens and avoid waste.

Slightly off topic, wasn't there someone who was working on a web-based
package tool to provide a "download-with-dependencies" experience for people
who only have broadband access on a non-linux box?
