i686 optimization

Its not worth it -i686 does not have a consoderable performance impact 
for most programs.
What really accelerates things is SSE, but you cant enable it until P3 
or athlonXP AND you already have this enabled in Ubuntu 64bit, so moving 
away from i386 makes no sense.

Edgy will have Xorg 7.1 with AIGLX, which has fallback mechanisms for 
older computers.
And as for Beagle I still hope that Tracker will be used instead (or 
offered optionally), since its just as unstable as beagle but 
considerable faster. (might be fast enough for embedded systems)
