I've updated https://wiki.ubuntu.com/SeedManagement with instructions
along these lines.

Also, note that the ubuntu-server seeds are obsolete in edgy (and, for
that matter, dapper), so please don't expect commits to those to do
anything. Commit directly to the ubuntu seeds for that instead.
