[user-mode-linux] UML not in Ubuntu?

That's what I thought, too, but the changelog of the debian package:
http://tinyurl.com/mdae3 suggests that user-mode-linux has been in
Debian ever since october.. Any idea why it wasn't automatically synced
for Dapper?
