High-res 'bootsplash'

Ok. Currently i386 only, but it turns out that svgalib uses lrmi so it 
shouldn't be /too/ difficult to port it to amd64. Applying 
http://www.codon.org.uk/~mjg59/tmp/usplash.diff to the current usplash 
and then doing

make BACKEND=svga

should give you a usplash that runs at 800x600 without requiring any 
extra misery. Requires libsvga1-dev to be installed for building, but 
will then happily run without it.
