at least edubuntu has ... we use gartoon as our default icon theme
(might change in the future, but i have to assume the current situation
will persist)

as you can see in the screenshot, the arrows are not really orange :)

what about just having conflicting packages (now that we have Breaks:
support) that ship the icons with the same names but different binary
data (different pictures) would ff pick them up ?
