For each xserver-xorg-video-* package, we did something like the
attached code (of course, for simple ones where a merge wasn't needed).
To complete the transition, xserver-xorg-driver-all was also renamed
to xserver-xorg-video-all, and its virtual requirements were updated to
reflect the new packages.
This should be sufficient for the transiation to happen succesfully,
no?
