Your use cases on the wiki don't really detail it, but I imagine the
migration shall work in both of these cases:
* Tina is fed up with Windows and has decided to use only Ubuntu
* Bob depends on a Windows app and needs to dualboot

For Tina's case, AFAICT the migration needs to be run from ubiquity,
because after ubiquity is done, there is no Windows anymore to read
stuff from.
