question about gstreamer-0.10

 The 0.8 plugins are not used by the 0.10 programs and vice-versa, these
 are parallel universes.  You can remove gstreamer0.8 packages as long
 as nothing you want to keep depends on them.

 The 0.10 doesn't need the gst-register step anymore.
