Bittorrent in Dapper

Hi,

I just installed the new Dapper Flight 3, and was a bit surprised, because of the message:
"Stopping BitTorrent tracker: bttrack.bittorrent". Now I am wondering, why there is a  bit
torrent tracker in a desktop distribution like Ubuntu.
