libpng deletion and libpng3 -> libpng renaming

This is not yet the case for the libpng we currently have in dapper. In
order to avoid unnecessary divergence I'd suggest that libpng is synced
first, and remove the old libpng3 package.

Does anyone know if there is any reason to not sync libpng from
unstable? the changelog suggests it should be safe...
